Born in Maryland into a career Navy Family, Mr. Joynton graduated
from high school in New Orleans. He has practiced law in San
Angelo since 1978. Since 1987 he has been Board Certified
by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Estate Planning
and Probate Law. Mr. Joynton is a member of the Order of the
Coif and the American Bar Association. He has been active
in civic and charitable organizations and in Southland Baptist
Church. Mr. Joynton is on the Board of Directors of the San Angelo Symphony Society and has served as its President. He and his wife, Lynne, have two grown daughters.
The firm's estate planning and probate practice encompasses wills,
trusts, estates, guardianships, family business organizations,
foundations and other charities, marital property agreements,
and estate and gift tax planning, reporting and controversies.
Mr. Joynton also has experience with organizing business entities,
income tax, real property, and other transactional matters.
